A Journey to Leadership

After six years of unprecedented professional experience with two major companies in the Oil & Energy sector, I decided to pursue an MBA to further my professional career and enhance my contribution within leading organizations around the world.

Therefore, a year ago I made the difficult decision to say goodbye to a great job at Repsol, to start this new adventure, out of my comfort zone, in a new country, immersed in a totally different culture, with a new language, new lifestyle, multicultural environment, among other factors.

Today, after ten quite intense months full of challenges, knowledge, learning, countless interesting business cases, and resilience due to the unexpected COVID-19 outbreak, I have finished the first chapter of this brilliant project.

Thank you to all my wonderful professors, career advisors, coordinators, and new colleagues for sharing this journey. It is an honor to be part of Grenoble École de Management. The journey does not end today, we have just started a new chapter and new challenges are yet to come
